CASTELLANA PROPERTIES SOCIMI, S.A. (la "Sociedad" o "Castellana"), en virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 228 del texto refundido de la Ley de Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 del segmento BME Growth de BME MTF Equity ("BME GROWTH") pone en conocimiento la siguiente información:

Castellana properties ha obtenido la calificación crediticia (rating) "BBB-", con perspectiva estable, por parte de Fitch.

Se hace notar que las calificaciones crediticias no son una recomendación para comprar, suscribir, vender o mantener valores y pueden ser objeto de suspensión, reducción o retirada en cualquier momento por la agencia de rating que realiza la calificación.

De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Circular 3/2020 de BME Growth, se hace constar que la información comunicada por la presente ha sido elaborada bajo la exclusiva responsabilidad de la Sociedad y sus administradores.

Castellana properties has obtained a credit rating of "BBB-", stable outlook, from Fitch.

It should be noted that credit ratings are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold securities and are subject to suspension, reduction or withdrawal at any time by the assigning rating agency.
