(en adelante "SNGULAR" o la "Sociedad"), en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014, sobre abuso de mercado, en el artículo 227 del Texto Refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre y disposiciones concordantes, así como la Circular 3/2020 del segmento BME Growth de BME MTF Equity, por la presente comunica al mercado la siguiente:

Parenclitic, S.L. (sociedad participada al 82,41% por José Luis Vallejo Pizarro, Presidente del Consejo de Administración de SNGULAR, y la participación restante por personas vinculadas familiarmente) durante los días 25 de julio al 25 de agosto ha realizado varias operaciones de compra y venta por las que ha incrementado su participación en un total de 121.375 acciones de SNGULAR (representativas del 0,23% del capital social de SNGULAR), a un precio medio de 4,12 euros por acción.

Como consecuencia de la citada operación, Parenclitic S.L. ha incrementado su participación total en SNGULAR en un 0,23%. A su vez, José Luis Vallejo Pizarro (a través de su participación en Parenclitic, S.L.), ha incrementado su participación indirecta en SNGULAR un 0,19%.
