In her past career she occupied the position of Chief Operating Officer of Vir Biotechnology, Inc. and Senior VP & Global Head-Biosimilars Business at Biogen, Inc. and Managing Director at Biogen Idec Biotech India Pvt Ltd. (a subsidiary of Biogen, Inc.).

Dr. Seth received a doctorate from the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
