Boon Siong Neo is on the board of Chip Eng Seng Corp. Ltd., St. Luke's ElderCare Ltd. and OUE Hospitality Trust and Member of Singapore Institute of Directors and Member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

He previously held the position of Independent Non-Executive Chairman for k1 Ventures Ltd., Dean at Nanyang Technological University, Professor at Nanyang Business School and Professor at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.

Dr. Neo received an undergraduate degree from National University of Singapore and an MBA and a doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh.
