Presently, Bruno Yves Raymond Chabas occupies the position of Chairman at SNV Offshore Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer at SBM Offshore NV, Chairman at Single Buoy Moorings, Inc. and Chairman for SBM Holding, Inc. SA (both are subsidiaries of SBM Offshore NV). Mr. Chabas is also on the board of Foraco International SA, Gaztransport & Technigaz SA and Gruppo Torinese Trasporti SpA.

In the past he was Chief Operating Officer of Acergy SA and Chief Financial Officer at Stolt Offshore SA.

He received an MBA from Babson College, a graduate degree from Institut d'Études Politiques d'Aix-en-Provence and an undergraduate degree from Université d'Aix-Marseille.
