Cristian Signoretto holds the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Eni Global Energy Markets SpA, President of Associazione Nazionale Industriali Gas and Director-Global Gas & LNG Portfolio at Eni SpA, Chairman of Unión Fenosa Gas Comercializadora SA and Chairman, CEO, Chief Gas & LNG Marketing Officer at Eni Trading & Shipping SpA (both are subsidiaries of Eni SpA).

He is also on the board of Altergaz SA and Eurogas and Member of Confindustria.

Mr. Signoretto received an undergraduate degree from Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York.
