Presently, David Lilley occupies the position of Chairman for Virtus Industries, Inc. Mr. Lilley is also on the board of Public Service Electric & Gas Co. (former President) and Public Service Enterprise Group, Inc.

In his past career he occupied the position of Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer at Cytec Industries, Inc., Chairman for Pseg Long Island LLC, Vice President of Wyeth Holdings LLC and Vice President at Wyeth Corp.

David Lilley received a graduate degree from Fitzwilliam College and a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from the University of Cambridge.
