Dr. Shen is also on the board of Trip.com Group Ltd., iQIYI, Inc., Kuaishou Technology and Dodge City Regional Airport and Executive Vice President at Baidu, Inc.

Dr. Shen received an undergraduate degree from North China Electric Power University, a graduate degree from Tsinghua University and a doctorate from The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
