In his past career Mr. Silver occupied the position of President at Balfour Holdings, Inc., Geologist at Anaconda Copper Co., Portfolio Manager at Orion Resource Partners (USA) LP and Portfolio Manager at Orion Mine Finance LLP (a subsidiary of Orion Resource Partners (USA) LP), Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of International Royalty Corp. and Head-Investor Relations of Bond International Gold, Inc.

Mr. Silver received an undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and a graduate degree from the University of Arizona.
