He is also on the board of Dynam.AI and Commercial Drone Alliance.

In his past career he held the position of President, CEO, CFO, Secretary & Treasurer of Zev Ventures, Inc., Principal at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc., Accountant for Ernst & Young LLP (Missouri) and Partner & Research Director at Clough Capital Partners LP.

Mr. Brock received an MBA from The University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree from Boston College.
