Presently, Felix Jan Grawert occupies the position of President, CEO & Chairman-Executive Board at AIXTRON SE.

He is also on the board of AIXTRON Ltd., APEVA SE and APEVA Holdings Ltd.

In his past career he occupied the position of Head-Product Line High Voltage Conversion at Infineon Technologies Austria Pensionskasse AG.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Karlsruhe, a graduate degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and a doctorate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology AgeLab.
