Gerald James McConnell founded NovaGold Resources, Inc. Presently, Mr. McConnell is Strategic Advisor at Namibia Critical Metals, Inc. Mr. McConnell is also Member of Nova Scotia Bar Association.

In the past Mr. McConnell held the position of Lead Independent Non-Executive Director at NovaGold Resources, Inc., Chairman at Trilogy Metals, Inc., Partner at Patterson Palmer Hunt Murphy and Chairman for Etruscan Resources, Inc.
