Presently, John W. Casella holds the position of Chairman, Chief Executive Officer & Secretary at Casella Waste Systems, Inc., Chairman at Casella Waste Management, Inc. (a subsidiary of Casella Waste Systems, Inc.) and Chief Executive Officer & Director at Casella Construction, Inc. Mr. Casella is also on the board of Detachable Container Association.

Mr. Casella previously was Member of National Recycling Coalition.

Mr. Casella received an undergraduate degree from Castleton State College and an undergraduate degree from Bryant & Stratton College, Inc.
