Kin Wing Lam

Kin Wing Lam is currently the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Thelloy Development Group Ltd.
He is also the Chairman at Kwong Yuet Tong Hong Kong.
In addition, he holds director positions at BEAM Society Ltd., Techoy Construction Co. Ltd., Cheers Mate Holding Ltd., Thelloy Construction Co. Ltd., Techoy Holding Ltd., Techoy Modular Construction Co., Ltd., and Techoy Ventures Holding Ltd.
He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors since 2003 and a member of the Association of Cost Engineers since 1990.
He has served as the President of The Hong Kong Construction Association and is a member of the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency's Governing Council.
He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Asia since 2002 and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch) since 1999.
Formerly, Mr. Lam served as the Chairman of the Vocational Training Council and as a Director at the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority, Construction Industry Council, and The Construction Industry Training Board.
He was the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers from 2014 to 2016.
He was a member of The Chartered Institute of Building (HK) from 1985 to 2010 and served as a member of the Pneumoconiosis Compensation Fund Board.
Mr. Lam holds an MBA from City University of Hong Kong, which he obtained in 2001.
