Kong Wai Lee is Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Member of Macau Society of Certified Practising Accountants, Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Member of Macau Society of Registered Accountants and Member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and on the board of 13 other companies.

In his past career Mr. Lee held the position of Partner at Ernst & Young (China) and Member of Chinese Peoples Political Consultative Conference of Hunan.

Mr. Lee received an undergraduate degree from Kingston University and a graduate degree from Curtin University of Technology.
