Presently, Lay Lee Tan holds the position of Chief Financial Officer for CFM Holdings Ltd. Ms. Tan is also Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

She previously was Financial Controller for Mary Chia Holdings Ltd. and Secretary of Informatics Education Ltd.

She received an undergraduate degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
