Presently, Louis V. Audet occupies the position of Executive Chairman of Cogeco, Inc. and Chairman for Cogeco Communications, Inc. Mr. Audet is also Chairman at Fondation de Polytechnique, Member of Order of Canada and Member of Fondation du Centre Hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal and on the board of 5 other companies.

In his past career Mr. Audet was President-Major Fundraising Campaign at Old Brewery Mission Foundation and Governor at The Canadian Unity Council.

Mr. Audet received an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from Ecole Polytechnique.
