Luis María Arredondo Malo

Luis María Arredondo Malo is currently the Chairman of Aljaral SA, the Non-Executive Chairman of Árima Real Estate SOCIMI SA, and the Chairman of Rústica De Consolación SL.
He is also a Non-Executive Director of Santander Real Estate S.G.I.I.C.
SA, and a Director of Nieve de Andalucia SA, Castellar Ingenieros SL, and Olivarera del Condado SA. Previously, he was the Chairman & Managing Director of Santander Global Property SL from 2006 to 2013, the Chairman of Axiare Patrimonio SOCIMI SA from 2014 to 2018, and the Managing Director of Inmobiliaria Urbis SA from 1994 to 2006.
He was also the Managing Director of Inmobiliaria Zabalburu SA from 1988 to 1994, the General Manager of SA De Construcciones Y Revestimientos Asfálticos from 1975 to 1978, and the General Manager of Corporación Inmobiliaria Hispamer from 1980 to 1988.
Mr. Arredondo Malo received an undergraduate degree from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa.
