In her past career Ms. Clinton held the position of Associate for Tuttle & Taylor, Counsel at TRW, Inc., Senior Counsel at Northrop Grumman Corp. and Secretary, Senior Vice President & General Counsel at The Aerospace Corp.

She received an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and a graduate degree from Stanford Law School.
