He previously was Chief Financial Officer of CLP Holdings Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President for Ascendant Group Ltd.

Mr. Takahashi received an undergraduate degree from The University of Colorado and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
