Mr. Ax previously occupied the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Spincycle, Inc. and SVP & Head-Private Equity Division at Lehman Brothers, Inc.

He received a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
