He is also on the board of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd., Ingersoll-Rand (India) Ltd., Bayer CropScience Ltd. (India) and Maharashtra Hybrid Seeds Co. Pvt Ltd. and Member-National Council on Agriculture at Confederation of Indian Industry.

In his past career Mr. Natarajan was Chief Financial Officer for Monsanto Co. and Chairman at Monsanto India Ltd.
