He previously was Head-Strategy & Corporate Development at Cipla Ltd., Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President for Vista Outdoor, Inc., Chief Financial Officer of Flexport, Inc., Vice President-Finance For eCommerce Business at Walmart, Inc. and CFO-Global Research & Development at Pepsico Chicago.

Sudhanshu Priyadarshi received an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney.
