Dr. Aquino completed his undergraduate studies at the University of the Philippines in 1970.
He then pursued his graduate studies at the University of Asia & the Pacific, earning a degree in 1972.
He later obtained a doctorate degree from Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa in 1980.
