He previously was Deputy Chairman-Management Board for AT & S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG, General Manager of Aaa net.com Dienstleistungs GmbH, Chief Financial Officer for AT&S (China) Co. Ltd. and Audit Manager at PwC Österreich GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.

Mr. Obendrauf received an MBA from The University of Chicago and a graduate degree from Vienna University of Economics & Business.
