Wa Fong Hoi

Wa Fong Hoi is currently the Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director at Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd.
He is also the Vice Chairman of China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chairman of Fujian Youth Federation, Chairman of World Jinjiang Youth Association, Chairman of Powerlong Commercial Management Holdings Ltd., Chairman of Powerlong Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust, Director of China Overseas Friendship Association, Director of World Federation of Jin Jiang Clans, Member of All-China Youth Federation, Member of All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, Member of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Xiamen, and Executive Vice President of Xiamen Powerlong Group.
Formerly, Dr. Hoi worked as the Vice President at Powerlong Group Development Co., Ltd.
from 2003 to 2009.
He also served as the Deputy General Manager at Xiamen Powerlong Decoration Design Works Co. Ltd.
from 1999 to 2001 and at Xiamen Powerlong Real Estate Development Co. Ltd.
from 2001 to 2003.
Dr. Hoi completed his undergraduate degree at Xiamen University in 2003.
He obtained an MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2007.
Recently, he earned a doctorate from Singapore Management University in 2021.
