Founder of CYBERCity, Xiao Ming Jiang is Chairman of Cyber City International Ltd., President of Saibo International Co. Ltd. and Chairman for CYBERCity. Dr. Jiang is also Member of United Nations Board of Investment and Senior Associate at the University of Cambridge (Judge Business School) and on the board of 5 other companies.

In his past career he occupied the position of Chairman at Gemdale Properties & Investment Corp. Ltd., Principal at United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund and Member-National Committee at Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Xiao Ming Jiang received an undergraduate degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University, a graduate degree from Australian National University and a doctorate from the University of Cambridge.
