Currently, Andrew Marshall is Chief Financial Officer of Pan Global Resources, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of Li-FT Power Ltd. Mr. Marshall is also on the board of Europacific Metals, Inc.

Mr. Marshall previously was Director-Finance at Great Panther Mining Ltd., Chief Financial Officer at First Mining Gold Corp. and Controller of Alexco Resource Corp.

Andrew Marshall received an undergraduate degree from Newcastle University.
