Ms. Nayak previously occupied the position of Chief Operating Officer for Comfy, Inc., Chief Operating Officer-Platform at Salesforce, Inc., Chief Operating Officer at Funding Circle Ltd. and Vice President-Strategy & Operations at Charles Schwab Corp.

Chitra Nayak received an MBA from Harvard Business School, a graduate degree from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree from Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
