Presently, Darren John Cooper occupies the position of Non-Executive Chairman at Spectur Ltd. and Chairman of Ocean Gardens Retirement Village, Inc. Mr. Cooper is also on the board of Foundation Housing Ltd., Xamble Group Ltd. and Nature Play WA, Inc. and Director-Residential Development Council at Property Council of Australia Ltd.

He previously occupied the position of Independent Non-Executive Chairman of The GO2 People Ltd., Chief Operating Officer at Peet Ltd. and President & Life Member at Urban Development Institute of Australia.

Mr. Cooper received an undergraduate degree from Curtin University and a graduate degree from Macquarie University.
