Mr. Gaudenz F. Domenig is a Chairman at Crystal Asset Management AG, Hockey Club Davos AG, Burkhalter Holding AG, a Member at Zurich Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Crystal Holding AG, Fanzun AG and Schenk Bruhin AG.

He is on the Board of Directors at Senior Investments GmbH. His experience includes extended-standing board memberships with MAN Investments and various other companies.

Mr. Domenig was previously employed as an Of Counsel by Prager Dreifuss AG and a Chairman by Canoo Engineering AG.

He successfully bought out and developed Burkhalter Group as their chairman and presides the Hockey Club Davos, one of the most successful hockey teams on a national level.

He received his graduate degree from New York University and a graduate degree from the University of Zurich.
