He is also on the board of Spectur New Zealand Ltd.

In his past career Dr. Dyson occupied the position of Director-Consulting at Worley Ltd. and Executive Vice President & Regional MD at Advisian (a subsidiary of Worley Ltd.).

He received an undergraduate degree and a doctorate from The University of Western Australia.
