Founder of Qatar National Broadband Network Co QSC, Hessa Al-Jaber presently occupies the position of Chairman-Supervisory Board of malomatia QSC, Chairman-Supervisory Board of The Qatar Satellite Co., Chairman-Supervisory Board at Trio Investment and Chairman for Droobi Health Technology LLC.

She is also Member-Regents Board at the University of Qatar and Member of Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development and on the board of 8 other companies.

Dr. Al-Jaber previously occupied the position of Secretary General at Supreme Council of Information & Communication Technology, Member of The International Telecommunication Union and Assistant Professor at the University of Qatar.

She received an undergraduate degree from Kuwait University and a doctorate and a graduate degree from George Washington University.
