Mike Robert McCarthy founded McCarthy Group LLC and McCarthy Capital Corp. Mr. McCarthy occupies the position of Chairman at McCarthy Group LLC and Co-Chairman at Bridges Trust Co.

He is also on the board of Union Pacific Corp., Union Pacific Railroad Co. and SAFE Boats International LLC.

In the past he held the position of Founding Partner of McCarthy Capital Corp.

Mr. McCarthy received an undergraduate degree from Saint John's University.
