Founder of 5 different companies, which include: Trip.com Group Ltd., Homeinns Hotel Group and Hongshan, Nan Peng Shen is a Chinese entrepreneur and businessperson who has been the head of 5 different companies and currently is Co-Chairman of Home Inns & Hotels Management (Hong Kong) Ltd. (which he founded) and Chairman for Yale Center Beijing. Mr. Shen is also Managing Partner at Hongshan (he founded the company in 2010), Member of Financial Services Development Council, Governor at Our Hong Kong Foundation Ltd. and Council Member at Future Forum and on the board of 13 other companies.

In his past career he occupied the position of Non-Executive Co-Chairman at Homeinns Hotel Group (he founded the company in 2006), Non-Executive Chairman for Mecox Lane Ltd. and Director & Head-Global Markets at Deutsche Bank AG (Hong Kong).

He received an undergraduate degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a graduate degree from Yale University.
