The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results on February 4, 2026, at 8:00 am ET / 10:00 am Santiago.

Adhering to good corporate governance practices, the Company will begin its quiet period on January 20, 2026, ending immediately after the release of the financial results on February 3, 2026.
