The value/income strategy employed by the firm is targeted to produce relative returns in excess of the benchmark (the Morgan Stanley REIT index). This strategy is designed to produce a portfolio that includes a combination of the most attractively priced core real estate companies and a mix of under-followed, out of favor and out of cycle companies. Portfolios typically are concentrated and consist of companies that trade at discounted valuations. The stock research and selection process is primarily bottom-up with primary research performed by the principals.

Brookfield Redding focuses on North American and global real estate securities. Their value income strategy invests in publicly traded real estate securities, primarily REITs. The investment objective is to provide total returns at least 300 basis points in excess of the MSCI US REIT Total Return Index (RMS) over a 12-month period. Brookfield Redding's portfolios are concentrated and seek to combine the most attractively priced core real estate companies with a mix of under-followed, out-of-favor and out-of-cycle companies. An integral part of this investment strategy is limiting assets under management and remaining flexible in an attempt to capitalize on market inefficiencies. The firm implements a bottom-up stock research and stock selection process.

PSG is a global alternative investment manager that focuses on specialized equity and fixed income real assets securities investments and energy-related master limited partnerships or MLPs and infrastructure investments. The firm's fixed-income strategies include investments below investment grade and investment grade publicly traded debt securities of global real estate, infrastructure and natural resources companies.
