Alvaro Lacayo

Mr. Alvaro Lacayo, CFA MBA, is a Director of Investments at Dimension Capital Management LLC.
He joined the firm as an Investment Analyst in January of 2020.
He is responsible for asset allocation, sourcing, evaluating, and recommending investment opportunities to the Chief Investment Officer and the Investment Committee.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lacayo was a Vice President and head of housing equity research at Gabelli & Co., a Rye, NY based asset management company.
His main responsibilities included building research coverage on the publicly traded Global Housing Sector, managing separately managed accounts, and supporting portfolio managers across several different strategies.
Prior to Gabelli, he spent five years at Morgan Stanley in the Private Wealth Management group focused on Latin American clients.
He received his undergraduate degree from Tufts University in Economics and International Relations and received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Mr. Lacayo is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
