André Itzin

André J.
Itzin, born in Germany, joined Jacobs Holding AG in April 2023 as Head of Finance.
In this capacity, he is responsible for Jacobs Holding AG’s monthly and year-end closing, coordination of Group consolidation and taxes.
Other main tasks include monitoring reports within the Jacobs Group, supporting Group companies in accounting, controlling and other financial affairs.
Prior to joining Jacobs Holding AG, André worked as Finance Director in a fintech start-up.
In this role he was responsible for the complete finance and accounting function for the EMEA division.
During this time his main tasks were financial statements, budgets, forecasts, treasury, tax matters and cash flow plans as well as the continuous development of internal procedures and processes to increase efficiency and automation.
André began his career in the financial audit and tax industry.
André holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Economicsfrom the University of Basel and a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
