Andrew Sandor

Mr. Andrew Sandor is Outside Counsel of Royalton Partners.
Mr. Sandor joined Royalton Partners in 2008.
Prior to joining Royalton, he was a senior associate with Squire, Sanders & Dempsey in Bratislava, in the Slovak Republic, for five years.
He has worked on a number of private equity and M&A transactions in the region, representing private equity firms, investment banks and industrial clients in various sectors.
Between 2000 and 2002, he was an associate with Coudert Brothers, a New York based law firm.
Between 1996 and 2000 he worked as a marketing manager with Watson Wyatt Worldwide.
From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Sandor worked in Budapest, at a public relations agency and at the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Mr.Sandor serves as a member of the boards of Vratislavia Holdings in Poland and the insurance company CertAsig in Romania.
He used to serve as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Lang Asset Management in Hungary.
He holds a B.A. in History, with a concentration in Russian and East European Studies from Yale University, an M.A. in International Economics and Russian Area and East European Studies from Johns Hopkins University and a J.D.
from Georgetown University Law Center.
Mr. Sandor is a member of the American Bar Association and is a non-practising English solicitor.
He speaks fluent Hungarian.
