Toburen, CFA MBA, is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Chartwell Investment Partners LLC.

Prior to joining Chartwell Investment Partners in 1999, Mr. Toburen was part of a team managing over $3 billion in high yield corporate bond assets for Nomura Corporate Research and Asset Management, Inc.
