B. K.
Chin has been Chairman of Global Industries Ltd. from May 2007 to October 2008 and Chief Executive Officer and a Director from October 2006 to October 2008.
Mr. Chin joined Global Industries in October 2006.
Previously, he held various positions at Brown & Root from 1974 to 2001 and was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Energy Services from 1998 to 2001.
From June 2001 to September 2006, Mr. Chin worked at Air Liquide and is an Advisory Board Member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
Currently, he is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI, Inc. Mr. Chin has over 25 years of experience managing engineering and marine construction projects in the energy services industry.
He received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Singapore.
