Barrett Karr

Barrett Karr joined Silver Lake in 2019 and is a Managing Director and Head of Government Affairs.
She leads government affairs for the firm and brings over 20 years of experience in the highest levels of government, from Congress to the White House.
Barrett also worked at The Carlyle Group from 2013 to 2015.
She received a B.A. from Texas Christian University and an M.A. from George Washington University.
