Beatriz Rivera

Beatriz Rivera has been a Member of Energy Resource Associates, LLC, an energy consulting firm, since January 2003.
She was Cabinet Secretary of the Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department of the State of New Mexico from February 2002 to December 2002 and Member of Energy Resource Associates, LLC from May 1999 to February 2002.
She is a member of the International Women's Forum and New Mexico Women's Forum.
She is a licensed attorney in California and New Mexico.
She has been a Director of Albertson's, Inc. since 1995 and is a Member of its Management Development Compensation and Nominating Corporate Governance Committees.
