RCB employs the use of systematic screening tools as well as qualitative industry research. Their investment selection process begins with a universe of 1300 companies with market-cap greater than $2 billion and 5000 companies with market-cap less than $2 billion. Their screening processes narrow the universe to a focus universe of about 100 stocks. Following company-specific analysis, portfolios are typically concentrated, holding 25 to 35 stocks. Though not limited by sector RCB tends to invest in the stocks of mid-cap and large-cap companies in the finance, retail, electronic technology and healthcare technology sectors. They invest primarily in the stocks of companies located in the US and Europe. RCB maintains a low turnover rate.
