Bill Gardner

Mr. Gardner is Senior Technical Engineer at Benjamin F.
Edwards & Co., Inc. His Previous work exeperience includes, he joined A.G.
Edwards in 1999 as a technical support specialist, resolving software-related issues and helping more than 4,000 end-users with their computer, network systems and peripheral devices.
His problem-solving abilities and his superior client service quickly earned him several promotions to supervisory positions on the firm’s Help Desk and within Desktop Administration.
In these roles, he oversaw the investigation and resolution of hardware and software issues, while also installing, configuring and supporting various applications including Citrix Management Console.
When Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Advisors) acquired A.G.
Edwards, he was named a desktop engineer.
In this role, he created and managed the Windows Group Policy and managed the desktop environment for the firm’s financial consultants.
He also tested and certified applications for the company’s Home Office and branch desktops.
Before moving to the financial services industry, Mr. Gardner began his information technology career in the United States Air Force where he served for eight years.
After leaving the Air Force in 1994, he worked in technical support for two St. Louis-area firms before joining A.G.
Edwards.
