He had a long career at Bankers Trust, culminating in his appointment as co-head of the Global Investment Bank.
Prior to that, he served as chairman of Bankers Trust International where he ran the global derivatives business.
He received his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada.
