Brit comes to Norwest Venture Partners with seven years of global technology talent experience.
As Director of Talent, under the umbrella of Portfolio Services, Brit works closely with Norwest’s enterprise venture and growth equity partners and portfolio companies.
Before Norwest, Brit was at executive search firm Egon Zehnder where she partnered closely with executive teams, CEOs, and Boards, ranging from VC & PE-backed start-ups to Fortune 50 corporations, on technology search work and leadership advisory projects.
With expertise in product, cybersecurity, data and analytics, data science and AI/ML, she advised clients on recruiting and assessing technical leadership talent, as well developing and scaling up capabilities in emerging technologies.
Brit began her career at a boutique IT management consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity and data where she focused on scaling business operations of talent, culture, business development and marketing.
Brit holds a bachelor of arts degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
