C. Larry Davis

In addition to his role with Chartwell Investments since joining in 2004, Mr. Davis is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Davis Holdings, a consulting and investment company.
He has a broad food and beverage industry background with over 36 years experience at Davis Holdings, Nestle S.A. and PepsiCo Inc. At Nestle Specialty Products Company, Mr. Davis served as Group Vice President and President of the $800 million company where he was primarily involved in the successful turnaround of the under-performing businesses, the creation of new business growth divisions, and acquisitions and divestitures.
In 1991, Mr. Davis founded Farmhousefoods Company, a manufacturer and marketer of branded rice, noodles, and bean side dishes and add-the-meat dinner mixes.
Farmhouse Foods Company was subsequently sold to General Mills, Inc. in 1999.
Mr. Davis is a member of several Boards of Directors including Pep Snack Foods, Inc.; E.J.
Brooks Company; and Biocide, Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Indiana University School of Business.
