Cheng Han Tan

Cheng Han Tan is currently the Chairman of Caritas Singapore Community Council, Tokio Marine Insurance Singapore Ltd., Singapore Computer Systems Ltd., NTUC First Campus, Singapore Sports Council, Asian Society of International Law, ST Marine Ltd., REIT Management Ltd., Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore Ltd., and NTUC First Campus Co-operative Ltd. He is also a Professor at the National University of Singapore since 2012.
In addition, he holds positions as a Member of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Commissioner of the Competition Commission of Singapore, Member of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration, and Member-Governors Board of the International Association of Law Schools.
Mr. Tan's former positions include Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of GYP Properties Ltd. from 2012 to 2017, Non-Executive Chairman of Chuan Hup Holdings Ltd. from 2012 to 2017, Chairman of the Media Literacy Council, Independent Non-Executive Director of Metech International Ltd. in 2011, Director of ST Engineering Marine Ltd., Independent Director of Anwell Technologies Co. Ltd. from 2011 to 2012, Independent Non-Executive Director of Keppel REIT from 2013 to 2017, Director of Exploit Technologies Pte Ltd., Director of Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority, Non-Executive Director of Yamada Green Resources Ltd., Partner at Drew & Napier LLC, Vice President of the Singapore Academy of Law, Member of the Military Court of Appeal, Member of the Board of Legal Education, and Governor of the Asian Law Institute.
Mr. Tan obtained his graduate degree from the National University of Singapore in 1987 and the University of Cambridge in 1990.
